1. Get In Touch

Contact Creobuild and schedule a time for your initial no obligation consultation. We will talk with you about your project and help you clarify the path to realisation of your vision, whilst also providing professional advice and suggestions to improve the buildability of your project.

2. Concept and Estimate

Depending on the stage of your project we can put you in touch with one of our recommended Architects or drafters to develop a set of preliminary plans. If you have these already, we will provide an estimate price via our professional preliminary cost service agreement. This ensures you know your approximate upfront project cost and enables informed decisions to be made for the next stage of the design or construction process.

3. Contract and Scheduling

On acceptance of our estimate or quote we will book your project in to our construction schedule, giving you certainty of a time slot. You will receive a building contract detailing the confirmed project drawings, specifications, guarantees and all relevant specific terms and conditions.

4. Building Consent

Once all necessary consents have been granted by council, our project team will finalise any design modifications raised in the approved consent documentation.

5. Construction

After our final review of your approved documentation, we will provide a start date and construction schedule. Our project team uses the latest construction scheduling and tracking technology ensuring regular progress updates are provided to minimise budget and time slippage in the project.

6. Handover

After the final inspection is complete, we will confirm all necessary inspections and paperwork have been completed, and we provide a workmanship guarantee ensuring total peace of mind. Your home will be left clean, tidy and all yours to enjoy!
